  • Customer Support Specialist

    Remote / Pacific, MOFull-time

    Help owners and guests with onboarding, program questions, and day-to-day support during public business hours.

    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication.
    • Comfort with CRM tools and email.
    • Patient, solution-oriented mindset.
    • Prior hospitality or call-center experience a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to owner and guest inquiries by phone and email.
    • Guide new owners through signup and documentation.
    • Coordinate with internal teams on booking issues.
    • Document interactions accurately in our systems.

  • Marketing Specialist

    RemoteFull-time

    Plan and run digital campaigns that introduce owners to BNB Services’ rental management program.

    Requirements

    • Ability to analyze campaign performance.
    • Experience targeting niche markets is a plus.
    • Clear, honest writing — no hype-only ads.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
    • Create content for social, email, and the website.
    • Monitor performance in analytics tools (e.g. GA4).
    • Manage paid campaigns when budgets are active.
