Start your owner agreement
Sign up and complete your owner agreement online. Your information is captured so we can set you up in our system without a long back-and-forth.

We verify & walk you through it
Our team typically reaches out within one business day. We confirm your details, explain how the program works, and answer your questions.

You’re activated
Once everything checks out, we mark your account active in our portal and begin using eligible points in the program.

We market & manage stays
We list and manage inventory across major travel platforms — pricing, bookings, and guest coordination handled for you.

You earn — paid after each stay
Receive 50% of the rental revenue (not taxes or fees). Payouts about one week after each stay ends when pay gates clear, with clear reporting.
