Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BNB Services LLC’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our website;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;

Text Messaging Program (SMS / MMS)
Program: BNB Services LLC Owner Program SMS. By providing a mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our web forms, you agree that BNB Services LLC may send you transactional and informational SMS and/or MMS about your inquiry, owner program, appointments, agreement, and related next steps. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using our website. The SMS checkbox is optional — you may submit forms and use the site without agreeing to texts. Phone number alone is not consent.
- Message frequency varies — typically up to about 10 messages per month while an inquiry or deal is active, plus additional messages when you take related actions.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier. BNB Services does not charge a separate fee for these messages.
- Opt out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop program texts from that number.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use messaging providers (for example Twilio) solely to deliver our own texts.
User Comments
Certain areas of our website allow users to post and exchange opinions and information. BNB Services LLC does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments prior to their appearance. Comments do not reflect the views of BNB Services LLC, its agents, or affiliates. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for comments or any damages resulting from their use, posting, or appearance on the website.
Hyperlinking to Our Content
The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directory distributors, and system-wide accredited businesses, except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups, which may not hyperlink to our website.
