Club Login Access: What Owners Should Know

Why rental managers sometimes need developer account access, how owners can reduce risk, and what never to share unsolicited.

Published 2026-07-23

Some rental managers need access to your resort club account to check availability, place reservations, or manage guest name changes. That can feel uncomfortable — and it should make you careful, not careless.

Before you share any login, confirm the legal company name, address, phone, and written agreement. Prefer companies that explain when access is needed and do not demand credentials in a cold text message.

Practical risk reduction: use a strong unique password, enable multi-factor authentication where the club allows it, and monitor account activity. Change passwords if a relationship ends.

Independent managers are not the developer. Club rules still apply. A manager cannot rewrite blackout rules or invent inventory that does not exist.

Do not share logins with unsolicited buyers, exit companies, or anyone who refuses a written contract. , and no legitimate partner needs gift cards or crypto to unlock your account.

BNB Services uses club access only as needed under the owner agreement. Free to join; Start Free or Talk To Us. Independent company. Read the agreement before you sign.
